Research with human subjects requires careful thought and ethical consideration, but the challenges can become even greater when the research occurs outside the United States. In a panel discussion Thursday, Aug. 25, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Chancellor’s Dining Room at the Sharpe Refectory, Susan Cu-Uvin, professor of obstetrics and gynecology and medicine; David Lindstrom, chair of sociology; and Andrew Foster, professor of economics will discuss their international research experiences. Research faculty, staff, and students are welcome to join the discussion, which includes breakfast. For more information, contact Bonnie Saleeba. Registration is online.
