<p>Members of the Brown community joined construction crews at the new aquatics and fitness center Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at 10 a.m. for a traditional topping-off ceremony. <a href="http://news.brown.edu/pressreleases/2010/05/fitness">The project</a>, designed by Robert A.M. Stern and scheduled to open in the winter of 2012, includes the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center, the Nelson Fitness Center, the David J. Zucconi ’55 Varsity Strength and Conditioning Center, and the Ittleson Quadrangle.</p>
