Pulitzer Prize-winning author Marilynne Robinson will deliver a K. Brooke Anderson Lecture titled "Theology for this Moment." The recipient of the 2012 National Humanities Medal, Robinson is the author of several books including "The Givenness of Things" and "Mother Country," which earned her a nomination for the National Book Award. Named after K. Brooke Anderson, the annual lecture has brought respected speakers to discuss issues related to interfaith relations, race relations and world peace. The lecture was made possible by the contributions of the Anderson family, and is jointly sponsored by the Department of Religious Studies and the Office of the Chaplains and Religious Life. The event begins at 5 p.m. in the Salomon Center for Teaching, Room 001, the College Green.
