Former U.S. Ambassador Norm Eisen will take part in a Commencement Forum discussion titled "The Constitution, Conflicts of Interest and the Presidency." Eisen, a member of the Class of 1985 and former special counsel for ethics and government reform during the Obama administration, will discuss the current threats to ethics, transparency and the rule of law in U.S. government, and how they relate to global trends. Eisen will be joined by Edward Steinfield, director of the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs. The event begins at 9 a.m. in the Watson Institute, Joukowsky Forum, 111 Thayer St.
