The Department of Hispanic Studies presents a screening of "The Facilitator," a film out of Ecuador directed by Víctor Arregui. A political thriller about human rights, the film focuses on the estranged daughter of a business man who is asked to return home to care for her father. The protagonist eventually gets embroiled in a fight for water access for the indigenous community, but along her journey she discovers a few dark family secrets.
