Printmaker Jason Garcia will talk about Pueblo pottery techniques in a lecture titled "Documenting the Ever Changing Cultural Landscape of KhaPo Owingeh," sponsored by the Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology. Garcia will discuss how using traditional materials from Pueblo culture—coupled with contemporary techniques in printmaking—contribute to his connectedness of his ancestral past and future Tewa cultural traditions. The lecture was made possible with the support of Barbara Greenwald Memorial Arts Program. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Salomon Center for Teaching, Room 001, the College Green.
