The Creative Arts Council and Office of the 250th Anniversary present "Refraction," an exhibit by Francesca Capone to celebrate Keith and Rosmarie Waldrop's contributions to the community. For nearly 50 years, Keith and Rosemarie have taught and given lectures in Brown's Department of Literary Arts. To honor them, Capone digitally recreated a poem by the Waldrops called Light Travels and repeated it across a wall 250 times. Containing notions of the passage of time, Capone's manipulation of the poem offers a fresh interpretation of the original work. The installation is on display through June 15 in the Granoff Center for the Creative Arts, Upper Lobby, 154 Angell St.  Hours are  Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively.
