The Political Theory Project presents its Janus Constitution Day Lecture titled "Electronic Violations? The Evolution of Search and Seizure." Michael Dreeben, U.S. deputy solicitor general, and Jeffrey Rosen, professor of law at George Washington University, will speak about what the 4th Amendment’s guarantee against “unreasonable searches and seizure” means in light of the technological advances in investigative technology.
