Brown RISD Hillel presents two exhibitions running through July 25. "Contrasts" is an exhibit of student photographs from Israel. It celebrates the contrasts that exist within Israel as seen through 20 different students' points of view - whether through a visual, social, economic, geographic, or religious lens. “The Thread of History” is the Hillel Gallery Project’s annual juried show. The exhibition centers on the theme of family histories and is juried by Alia Al Senussi '03. It features the work of 13 Brown and RISD students. Brown RISD Hillel is located at 80 Brown St. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday noon to 6 p.m. Summer hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, please call 401.863.2805.
