The Writers on Writing Reading Series presents a reading by novelist Ben Marcus. Marcus is the author of several books, including The Age of Wire and String, Notable American Women, The Father Costume, and, most recently, The Flame Alphabet, described in the New York Times as “a strange and impressive work.” Marcus’ stories have appeared in Conjunctions, Harper’s, The New Yorker, and The Paris Review.
