The Contemporary Writers Reading Series presents a reading by filmmaker, screenwriter, playwright and short story writer Neil LaBute at 3 p.m. in the McCormack Family Theater, 70 Brown St. LaBute will also present a 7 p.m. screening of his movie, Your Friends and Neighbors, to be followed by a question and answer session with the author. The screening will take place in the Martinos Auditorium, Granoff Center for the Arts, 154 Angell Street. LaBute’s reading and film screening are free and open to public. Tickets are required for the screening and can be obtained at the Department of Literary Arts, 68.5 Brown Street, beginning on Monday, February 13.
